Eligibility

Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email ezyarohaclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment until the return is processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as personalized products, gift cards, and sale items marked final. Check the product page for details.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a different size or variant, indicate that in your return request. Exchanges are processed after we receive the original item.
